Turbochargers

The prices and specs below are for Escort RS Turbo T3 units on an exhange basis, prices will vary for other cars and there is a £250 surcharge in the event of no exchange unit being supplied.

Stage 1

Suitable for between 130bhp and 180bhp, the stage 1 turbo has a 270 degree thrust bearing, 50 trim compressor wheel with 7 degree cut back blades and a .36 exhaust housing. The stage 1 turbo is good for boost pressures between 8 and 18psi.

Stage 2

The stage 2 turbo is ideal for engines with between 180 and 230bhp, featuring a 360 degree thrust bearing, .36 exhaust housing, 7 degree cut back blades and a 50 trim compressor wheel. With the correct actuator, the stage 2 turbo can provide between 10 and 23psi of boost pressure.

Stage 3

Ideal for larger capacity engines, such as our 1900 or ZVH conversions, the stage 3 will allow for between 210bhp and 280bhp, it features a 55 trim compressor wheel with 7 degree cut back blades, larger .48 exhaust housing, 360 degree thrust bearing and can provide up to 28psi.
