The whole Jam Sport experience was excellent, booking the work was hassle free and competitively priced and the way in which the work was undertaken inspired a great deal of confidence. In a motoring world where diagnostic electronics seem to dominate the technicians, it is very refreshing to meet some experts who know their trade and care about their customers.

Nick was after some modification advice for his Mk2 Focus RS

I previously had a heavily modded Zafira VXR, so wasn’t particularly looking to change the RS from standard. Previous experiences with tuning companies weren’t the best..Inflexible, arrogant, pushy.

However it wasn’t long before I got the modding bug and having Jamsport on my door step I took the plunge.

From the off, they were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Best of all being completely useless with anything under the bonnet they didn’t try and baffle me with science and were open and honest about what I needed and what I didn’t. On numerous occasions I have asked about adding this and that after reading various tuning magazines. Most of the time they have said….no need or don’t bother. I’m sure other companies would have taken the cash and ran.

The car now runs like an absolute dream. As well as the tuning, they carried out the first service on the RS and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Pricing is extremely competitive and work is carried out to the highest level.

They are so flexible with bookings and willing to fit in any work around you, at short notice..including Saturdays.

Really nice guys, really good company, and they absolutely are top of the tree when it comes to the RS.
